We are currently revising our Pet contracts. If you are interested in a kitten, please contact us for information. All kittens are certified healthy by our Vet and come with their first 3-way killed vaccine for infectious upper respiratory diseases. Kittens leaving Canada will require RABIES Vaccination, microchipping - this will be additional costs.

Pet Carriers are required for ALL Kittens and must be large enough for a litter box, food and water dishes attached to doors and airline approved.

If you need your kitten shipped, we use Air Canada out of Vancouver, there will be an additional Fee for Carrier, Gas to Airport.

Contracts Apply to both kittens and young Adult/ Retired Cats. CONTRACTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS OUR POLICIES ARE REFINED. THIS IS A SAMPLE CONTRACT ONLY.

A Copy of our refined contract drawn up specifically to your purchase will be emailed to you and must be signed and returned with required deposit. NO KITTEN IS CONSIDERED SOLD UNTIL THESE ARE RECIEVED, IT IS ON A TEMPORARY HOLD ONLY.
Should you become rude, threatening, or generally unkind in demanding your reserved kitten before it has been deemed ready by us and our Vet - particularly prior to 14 weeks old, we reserve the right to return 50% once kitten is re-sold, of your deposit and cancel the sale agreement with you.

Kittens may be reserved prior to 16 weeks with reciept of a deposit, but please note your deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE should you change your mind . Always email us for availability on specific kittens prior to sending your deposit. Thank you.
